I left to go for a walk tonight, and on my way to the car I met Bev. I first drive to the park then walk. I wasn't just going for a walking to the car, haha! She was at the bus stop outside of my apartment. She had a cane in her right hand and she had just finished drawing in the snow "Happy Holidays" with it. I approached her and asked her why she had the cane, if she had pain in her hips or legs or back or something. She said it was her legs. I explained that I pray for people and Jesus heals them, and asked if I could do that for her. She welcomed the idea very openly. I asked her the pain level with her just standing there and she said it was a 9 out of 10, 10 being the worst ever. She said her right knee was the worst though. I explained what the bible says about believers laying hands on the sick, them recovering, and asked if it was ok for me to place my hand on her shoulder to do that for her. She was ok with that. I put my right hand on her left shoulder then spoke to the pain and commanded it to leave her knees in the name of Jesus and her knees to be healed, then took my hand off her shoulder and had her check it out by having her move her legs. The pain was now a 6 out of 10. I then asked if I could put my hand on her knee. She was ok with that too. This time it dropped to a 2 out of 10. Two more times praying very short quick commanding prayers, she was able to walk without the cane but the pain was still a little there. I told her that I believed it would completely go away and she would no longer need that cane at all. Her bus was there by this time so I thanked her, she thanked me, and we parted ways. She was a believer and was very grateful.
I went to Walmart after the walk and after picking up a few things I was at the check out and asked the woman helping me if she had pain in her feet or back, as I know if you stand on your feet all day that can be the case. She said yes, in her upper shoulders. I asked to place my finger on her right shoulder and she let me. I said "Pain go, leave this woman's shoulders now in Jesus' name." She said "Amen, in Jesus' name!" haha! I asked if the pain was gone and she said it was. She was a believer too and also grateful.
Thank You Jesus! You love your people well!

The Get Up and Go - In Jesus - 12-09-2014
Just wanted to share tonight's testimonies. Glory to KING JESUS!
I was sitting at home feeling restless and felt the desire to go out and minister to people. I decided to get my butt off the couch and go. I had asked the Lord to direct me to those with a need. I wondered were should I head to, to the mall? which mall? hmm, maybe I'll just go and get me some chocolate! I love dark chocolate and the last few times I went to Walmart they were out. I had the thought they would have some today so I headed that way. And of course I know there are always people there who know their need who are usually open to receiving healing.
I got to the store and headed to grabbed my chocolate. Sure enough, they had it! Thank You Jesus! haha. Then I walked around a bit. A man walked past me and he seemed to turn his head kind of stiff like, so I followed him assuming he had back problems. I followed him a bit then yelled out, "Excuse me." and he stopped and turned around, "Do you have any back pain, or back problems?" He informed me that he had, and that he was dealing with arthritis. I then explained I pray for people and Jesus heals them and asked if I could do that for him. He thought for a moment and said "Ok." I asked him if he could gauge it on a scale of 0/10 with 0 being nothing, and 10 as worst pain ever. He said it was a 7/10. I then said, "Do you think it would be ok for me to film it? I like to share testimonies of what God does. Or would that be too uncomfortable for you?" He said it would be too uncomfortable. I said "That's ok. I understand." I'm going to put more effort into getting these on camera. I asked if I could place my hand on his shoulder and pray, and he obliged. I told him my name and found out he was called Wilfred. I place my hand on his right shoulder and spoke to the pain and commanded it to leave, "Pain go, leave Wilfred now." also commanding a spirit of pain and arthritis to leave him in Jesus' name. I took my hand away and asked him how it felt. He moved around ever so slightly, looked like he was thinking about something, then said, "It's numb." haha! I asked if he had ever had anything like that happen to him before. He said he had not. I shared the gospel with him and encouraged him to give his life to the Lord again after finding out he had one time when he was younger but was doing his own thing now. He asked me to pray for finances for him and I did. He said his lower back right side was a little stiff, not painful, just stiff as he mentioned that he was dealing with that pain for 10 years. We prayed a couple more times and he said it was good now. I love You Jesus!
I then walked past a tall, handsome native man (haha!), and my left foot got hot all of the sudden. I turned to follow him and asked him about pain in his left foot. He had none, but I found out he had pain in his back and hands. He didn't want me to pray though. I shared about Wilfred but he just said, "No, I'm ok partner. Thank you for the offer though." I said, "Ok, well, have a good day." and carried on.
I then met a man named Leonard who was rolling toward me in one of Walmart's motorized chairs. He had a friend who was following him behind with a cart. Asking Leonard why he was in the chair, he said he was dealing with pain from a back surgery 2 years ago and it hasn't healed. It was an 8/10 just sitting there. I explained the same to him as I did to Wilfred and he said ok. I placed my hand on his right shoulder, commanded the pain to go and back to be healed in Jesus' name, and he reported it was now a 5/10. He let me pray again and he reported that it was now good. I asked if it was completely gone and he said "Pretty much, yup." Haha! His friend didn't seem to like it so much and started on his own way before we were finished talking. Leonard knew the Lord and also had never had anything like that happen to him. Glory to JESUS!!!
I then proceeded to the check out and paid for my items. The girl who helped me said she deals with pain in her knees sometimes. I spoke to them while she counted out my 16 dollar coins and 16 quarters, I use them for laundry. I commanded her knees to be healed and pointed at them from the opposite side of the check out stand. I then asked if she felt anything and she said "Yes." with a smile on her face. I asked if she felt heat. She did. I just said, "See, that's Jesus. Thank you for letting me pray." She told me before that she did know Him (Jesus) too.
I then left and met Shirley at the front doors. She had a cane and was waiting there for someone. I introduced myself and explained what I do. She really liked that idea and welcomed it. She had a stroke and her right side was unable to move. I prayed commanding the effects of the stoke out and any infirmity and spirits to go and she started to smile. She thanked me and said she could fell something going on in her arm. I asked her to move it but she hardly could. I prayed one more time and she thanked me again saying she had felt some discomfort before and that was now gone. Her husband and son came at this point to get her and took her off giving me strange looks, haha. She was grinning and thanking me though. I told her that I believe she will recover fully and let them go. Oh ya, that tall handsome native man, he walked by as I was praying for Shirley and heard me saying that I believe you will fully recover too. Seeds planted, either way.
Oh God, You are so GOOD!!! Be encouraged and consider He will use you too!

Christ in me - In Jesus - 12-03-2014
Hello :) I just wanted to share one testimony from today as I haven't updated this blog for a while.
Today while walking at lunch time, as I was already on my way back to work, I saw ahead of me two men with dogs talking briefly with each other then continuing on their different ways. The one man walking away from me but in the same direction I was going proceeded to grab a seat at a bench up ahead. I thought *perfect, I am going to ask him if he has any back problems and grow out his leg*.
I got up to the teary eyed man, I assume from the chilled wind in his face, smiled at him, greeted his dog and asked "Hi there. Do you get back pain? Lower back pain?" He said right away "Yes I do." I said "Can I show you something really cool?" He responded "Why, are you a doctor or something?" I said "Well, sorta... Here, I'll show you. It's pretty cool. Can I get you to sit all the way back with your butt against the back of the bench?" He proceeded to do so. Then I asked his name (Pierre), told him mine (Chris), and got down in front of him in a crouched position and asked to have his legs. He gave them to me, lifting them slightly, I grabbed them by the heels and lifted them up about a foot and a half or so off the ground so his legs were pretty much level with his hips, then brought the heels together and made the tops of his feet, his toes, to point out to the sides so he could see that in fact his right heel was about 3/4 of an inch shorter in length than the left. I made sure he looked and watched saying, "Ok, you can see that your right foot is shorter than the left, right? Watch this." I then commanded the right leg to grow by simply saying "Right leg grow out now, in the name of Jesus Christ, come out right now. All the way. Come out now." I did that for about 15 - 20 seconds and we watch the right leg came out slowly, then at the end, shoot out in one quick jolt, about 1/4 of an inch. He said "Wow! How did you do that?" I said "Pretty crazy, eh? Can you stand up now and look for the pain." He stood up and made the comment "Well, it is usually in the hip, but shoots up into the back." I asked "Can you feel any pain? Any of it at all?" He said "No." I explained "The reason I could do that was because of Jesus." and asked "Do you believed in Him?" He said "Yes, I do, because I am Roman Catholic." I asked "So you believe Jesus lives inside of you? He's your Lord and Savior?" And he said "Yes."
We started to walk the same direction back toward my work and he asked how I knew he had back pain. I explained that I simply saw him having a seat at the bench and just wanted to ask while thinking that it would probably be so. I explained how I believe it is just like Paul said in that it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me (Galatians 2:20) and about how the Lord has prepared works for us to do (Ephesians 2:10) and He does them through us as we walk with Him and are obedient to Him. I also explained a little bit more about what it means to be a disciple or son of God and about how he could do the same. He said, "That makes sense. Sort of."
I gave him a little booklet from Sid Roth called Eyewitness the Final Day on Earth of which I received a few of them for free and it's pretty good so I'm handing them out. We parted ways at one point and I continued on my way back to work after thanking him for letting me pray for him.
Thank You Lord! More kingdom, more glory for You, more souls, more disciples!
I share these testimonies in the way that I do to try to paint a picture in your mind about how to go about doing this for yourselves. If you follow Jesus then He will make you a fisher of men. His heart is that we reach out and not be silent. He said that we are salt to the earth and light to the world, so let your light so shine! (Matthew 5:13-16). He wants you to share your faith with others. He wants to work through you. And He will use you as you step out in faith. He will give you the grace and comfort needed when you step out of your comfort zone to speak to others and love on them. Share the gospel. Just pray and ask Him to use you and be watchful for those opportunities. They are everywhere. I make this a part of my everyday life, it is not an event for me, I just step out wherever I see the opportunity. I believe that is what He wants for each of us. Be encouraged!
